The hotel was like a barn, dark and dreary, with no wardrobe space, casual lighting, seats in the room, or bar facility. The bed linen looked a little dated, and there was no Wi-Fi available. Overall, I would recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations.

The room setup across other buildings and rooms felt uninviting, like a barn. It lacked wardrobe space, had no casual lighting, and there were no seats in the room.

Although there was very little interaction and interest in the guests, some staff members were helpful and friendly. However, there were some misunderstandings possibly due to language barriers.

The location was in easy reach of the National Parks of Sta Elena and Monteverde, which was enjoyable for exploring wildlife. However, there were some mixed experiences with co-workers.
